     TSgt John T. Pilla (WIA), age 29 , married, 2 children, NCOIC EOD Training, 1st CES, Langley AFB, on deployment to Afghanistan. Full extend of injuries is unknown at this time, however he did suffer multiple fractures and is listed in Very Serious Condition. He is undergoing surgery at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, His wife Erica Pilla, was notified by the 1 CES commander.
